Stadium Services definition

Stadium Services means and consist of the following:
Stadium Services means all janitorial, cleaning, security, maintenance, physical plant, groundskeeping, or employees in classifications called by different names who perform the same or similar services duties, employed by a contractor at the Stadium and Stadium Infrastructure property, excluding supervisors, office clerical employees, and all other employees including guards as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
Stadium Services means theservices to be provided by the. Stadium Authority as outlined in Clauses. .

  • Report any loss immediately, on site at the Stadium Services Office and/or to the Show Office, both located in the East Airlock.

  • The Manager will no longer be acting as agent for the Owner but in its own capacity as Manager and therefore contracting on its own behalf in order to meet its obligations for the provision of the Stadium Services and Operations.

  • Extension cords to move the power source within the exhibit display space must be provided by the EXHIBITOR or rented from BC Place Stadium Services.

  • At Licensee’s sole cost and expense, Licensee or an affiliate thereof will provide Stadium Services throughout the Stadium Area at all Licensee Events.

  • All scheduling will be coordinated with the Team to assure that the required Park Board Stadium Services can be provided by the Team without hindering the provision of Team Stadium Services as required for the Team's use of the Stadium.

  • The cost of providing staffing for the scoreboard message center shall not be an element of City Stadium Services.

  • At LSC's sole cost and expense, LSC will provide Stadium Services throughout the Stadium at LSC Home Soccer Games, excluding sod conversion.

Related to Stadium Services

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.
