Stadium Services definition

Stadium Services means and consist of the following:
Stadium Services means all janitorial, cleaning, security, maintenance, physical plant, grounds keeping, or employees in classifications called by different names who perform the same or similar services duties, employed by a contractor at the Stadium and Stadium Infrastructure property, excluding supervisors, office clerical employees, and all other employees including guards as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
Stadium Services means theservices to be provided by the. Stadium Authority as outlined in Clauses. .

Examples of Stadium Services in a sentence

  • The “Management Fee” payable by the Owner to MLSE for the provision of the Stadium Services and Operations shall be that amount of Excess Cash Flow remaining after payment of the Guaranteed Payment to the Owner and, to the extent payable, the CSA Rebate to the CSA.

  • The Manager will no longer be acting as agent for the Owner but in its own capacity as Manager and therefore contracting on its own behalf in order to meet its obligations for the provision of the Stadium Services and Operations.

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Basic Services means housekeeping services, meals, nutritious snacks, laundry, and activities.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.
