  • In the event the Medical Staff Member remains suspended pursuant to this Section for a period greater than sixty (60) Days, and unless the Board determines that there is good cause to make an exception, the Medical Staff Member shall be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn his or her Medical Staff Membership and/or Clinical Privileges, without right of appeal or Fair Hearing.
