Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);
Teaching staff member means an employee who holds a position for which a certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.
Membership means the definition of that term under section 6 as in effect for the particular fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.
membership dues means the dues established pursuant to the constitution of the Alliance as the dues payable by its members as a consequence of their membership in the Alliance, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or special levy;
Membership Card means a card issued by the Club to indicate membership of a Membership Scheme.
New Members As Defined By the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA)
General partnership means an organization formed by two or more persons under chapters 45-13 through 45-21.
Executive Member means any elected member of the authority appointed to the executive of that authority;
New member means a person first employed on or after Septem- ber 1, 2005, including a former member who withdrew retirement contributions under Government Code 822.003 and is reemployed on or after September 1, 2005.
Founding Members means the collective reference to American Multi-Cinema, Inc., a Missouri corporation, Cinemark Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Regal CineMedia Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Public-private partnership means an arrangement or agreement, occurring on or after January 1, 2017, between a procurement unit and one or more contractors to provide for a public need through the development or operation of a project in which the contractor or
Membership service means service as an employee rendered while a contributing member of the
Private partner means any entity that is a partner in a public-private partnership other than:
REIT means a real estate investment trust under Sections 856 through 860 of the Code.
Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;
crew member means a person assigned by an operator to duty on an aircraft during a flight duty period;
Membership Rights means all of the rights of a Member in the Company, including a Member’s: (a) Interest; (b) right to inspect the Company’s books and records; (c) right to participate in the management of and vote on matters coming before the Company; and (d) unless this Operating Agreement or the Certificate of Formation provide to the contrary, right to act as an agent of the Company.
Member Club means any past or present member club of the NFL or any past member club of the American Football League.
Participating Hospital means an Administrator Hospital that has an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide Hospital services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program.
Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;
Participating private hospital means a hospital that has a hospital purchaser provider agreement with Latrobe.
Membership Units means the limited liability company interests in the Company held by the Members, expressed as a number of units held by each Member and set forth opposite such Member's name on Schedule I attached hereto, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Membership Agreement means these terms and conditions (as amended from time to time in accordance with clause 2.2 and any relevant laws or regulations) taken together with your Membership Form.
General Partnership Interest means a Partnership Interest held by the General Partner that is a general partnership interest.
public hospital means a governmental entity of a political subdivision of the state of Iowa that is authorized by legislative authority. For purposes of this subrule, a “public hospital” must also meet the requirements of Iowa Code section 249J.3. Under Iowa Code section 249J.3, a “public hospital” must be licensed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 135B and governed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 145A (merged hospitals), Iowa Code chapter 347 (county hospitals), Iowa Code chapter 347A (county hospitals payable from revenue), or Iowa Code chapter 392 (creation by city of a hospital or health care facility). For the purposes of this definition, “public hospital” does not include a hospital or medical care facility that is funded, operated, or administered by the Iowa department of human services, Iowa department of corrections, or board of regents, or the Iowa Veterans Home.
