Stage 1 Approval definition

Stage 1 Approval has the meaning given to it in paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 (Approval Process for New Projects);
Stage 1 Approval has the meaning given in paragraph 3.7 of Section 4 (High Value Changes) of this Schedule Part 16 (Change Protocol);
Stage 1 Approval has the meaning given to it in paragraph 7.1.1 (Stage 1 Approval) of Schedule 5 (Variation Procedure);

Examples of Stage 1 Approval in a sentence

  • If the Authority approves a High Value Change Proposal (including any revised High Value Change Proposal resubmitted pursuant to paragraph 3.5 of this Section 4 (High Value Changes)), then it shall be a "Stage 1 Approved Project" or be referred to as having received "Stage 1 Approval", as the context requires.

  • Authority response to a High Value Change Proposal If the Authority approves a High Value Change Proposal (subject to any amendments to it agreed with the Contractor), then it shall be a "Stage 1 Approved Project" or be referred to as having received "Stage 1 Approval", as the context requires.

  • Following Stage 1 Approval, the LEP shall complete the required derogations process as referred to in the key performance indicator at paragraph 3.7 of Schedule 14 Part 2 (Key Performance Indicators).

  • If the Local Authority approves a New Project Proposal (subject to any amendments to it agreed with the LEP), then the relevant New Project shall then be a Stage 1 Approved Project or be referred to as having received Stage 1 Approval, as the context requires.

  • The costs under this heading may, with the agreement of the Local Authority (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed where the costs incurred relate to the New Project for which Stage 1 Approval is to be sought) include costs reasonably and properly incurred by the LEP in relation to a New Project in relation to which a Stage 1 Submission has already been submitted but where the same was not approved.

  • Project Management Fees The following provisions shall apply to payments to be made to the LEP in respect of performance of the Partnering Services: Quantification of Project Management Fees for each New Project A proposed fixed management fee for each proposed New Project must be submitted by the LEP as part of the Stage 1 Approval Procedure (see paragraph 3.1(f) of Schedule 3) and, once agreed, shall be the Project Management Fee for that New Project.

  • The LEP Partnering Proposals to state whether the LEP intends to: market test the first New Project to be an Approved Project and reach financial close where the Stage 1 Approval for that project was received after the fifth anniversary of the date of the SPA (in accordance with clause 8.4); or market test the Services at more regular intervals.

Related to Stage 1 Approval

  • IRB approval means the determination of the IRB that the research has been reviewed and may be conducted at an institution within the constraints set forth by the IRB and by other institutional and federal requirements.

  • MAA Approval means approval by the EMEA of a marketing authorization application (“MAA”) filed with the EMEA for the applicable Licensed Product under the centralized European procedure. If the centralized EMEA filing procedure is not used, MAA Approval shall be achieved upon the first Approval for the applicable Licensed Product in any two of the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain or the United Kingdom.

  • CPUC Approval means a final and non-appealable order of the CPUC, without conditions or modifications unacceptable to the Parties, or either of them, which contains the following terms:

  • HSR Approval means expiration of all applicable waiting periods under the HSR Act (including any voluntary agreed extensions) or earlier termination thereof.

  • Development approval means any written authorization from a

  • Price Approval means, in any country where a Governmental Authority authorizes reimbursement for, or approves or determines pricing for, pharmaceutical products, receipt (or, if required to make such authorization, approval or determination effective, publication) of such reimbursement authorization or pricing approval or determination (as the case may be).

  • NDA Approval means the Approval of an NDA by the FDA for a Product in the U.S.

  • FDA Approval means with respect to the Product, a Regulatory Approval by the FDA for the commercial use of the Product in the United States.

  • Initial approval means authorization to admit students and enter into contractual agreements for clinical facilities. It is granted only after an application has been submitted, reviewed and a survey visit made by the Board. No students shall be admitted to the program until the institution has received written notification that initial approval has been granted. Failure to comply will delay initial approval.

  • type-approval means the procedure whereby an approval authority certifies that a type of vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit satisfies the relevant administrative provisions and technical requirements;

  • Prior Approval means written ap- proval by an authorized official evi- dencing prior consent.

  • Development Approvals means all permits and other entitlements for use subject to approval or issuance by CITY in connection with development of the Property including, but not limited to:

  • Final Approval means the Court’s order granting final approval of the Settlement.

  • CFIUS Approval means that any of the following shall have occurred: (a) the review period under the DPA commencing on the date that a CFIUS Notice is accepted by CFIUS shall have expired and Xxx, on the one hand, and Polaris, on the other hand, shall have received written notice from CFIUS to the effect that such review has been concluded and that either the Contemplated Transactions do not constitute a “covered transaction” under the DPA or there are no unresolved national security concerns, and all action under the DPA is concluded with respect to the Contemplated Transactions, (b) an investigation under the DPA shall have been commenced after such review period and CFIUS shall have determined to conclude all action under the DPA without sending a report to the President of the United States, and Xxx, on the one hand, and Polaris, on the other hand, shall have received written notice from CFIUS that either the Contemplated Transactions do not constitute a “covered transaction” under the DPA or there are no unresolved national security concerns, and all action under the DPA is concluded with respect to the Contemplated Transactions, or (c) CFIUS shall have sent a report to the President of the United States requesting the President’s decision and either (i) the President shall have announced a decision not to take any action to suspend or prohibit the Contemplated Transactions or, (ii) the period under the DPA during which the President may announce his decision to take action to suspend, prohibit or place any limitations on the Contemplated Transactions shall have expired without any such action being threatened, announced or taken.

  • Key Regulatory Approvals means those sanctions, rulings, consents, orders, exemptions, permits and other approvals (including the lapse, without objection, of a prescribed time under a statute or regulation that states that a transaction may be implemented if a prescribed time lapses following the giving of notice without an objection being made) of Governmental Entities set out in Schedule C hereto;

  • FCC Approval means the FCC’s grant of the FCC Applications; provided that the possibility that an appeal, request for stay, or petition for rehearing or review by a court or administrative agency may be filed with respect to such grant, or that the FCC may reconsider or review such grant on its own authority, shall not prevent such grant from constituting FCC Approval for purposes of the Plan.

  • Regulatory Approval means, with respect to a Product in any country or jurisdiction, any approval (including where required, pricing and reimbursement approvals), registration, license or authorization from a Regulatory Authority in a country or other jurisdiction that is necessary to market and sell such Product in such country or jurisdiction.

  • Marketing Approval means all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of the Regulatory Authority in a country, necessary for the manufacture, use, storage, import, marketing and sale of a Product in such country.

  • Requisite Regulatory Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).

  • Regulatory Approval Application means an application to seek regular or expedited Regulatory Approval of the Licensed Product for sale or marketing in any country(ies) or Region(s) in the Territory, as defined in the applicable Laws and filed with the Regulatory Authority of such country(ies) or Region(s).

  • Requisite Approval means the affirmative vote of the holders of at least a majority of the shares of outstanding Company Common Stock and outstanding Company Preferred Stock voting as a single class.

  • Works Approval means this Works Approval numbered W5894/2015/1 and issued under the Act; and

  • Conditional approval means a time-limited status that results when an approved nursing education program has failed to maintain requirements as set forth in this chapter.

  • Regulatory Approvals with respect to the Warrantholder, means, to the extent applicable and required to permit the Warrantholder to exercise this Warrant for shares of Common Stock and to own such Common Stock without the Warrantholder being in violation of applicable law, rule or regulation, the receipt of any necessary approvals and authorizations of, filings and registrations with, notifications to, or expiration or termination of any applicable waiting period under, the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, and the rules and regulations thereunder.

  • Required Regulatory Approvals means the Seller Required Regulatory Approvals and the Buyer Required Regulatory Approvals.
