Standard Certificate Balance definition

Standard Certificate Balance. With respect to any outstanding Class of Principal Balance Certificates at any date of determination, an amount (not less than zero) equal to (1) the Initial Certificate Balance of such Class, less (2) the sum of (a) all amounts distributed to Holders of Certificates of such Class on all previous Distribution Dates and treated under this Agreement as allocable to principal and (b) the aggregate amount of applicable Standard Realized Losses allocated to such Class of Certificates, if any, on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 4.1(j) or Section 4.1(k), as applicable. With respect to any individual Principal Balance Certificate, the product of (x) the Percentage Interest represented by such Certificate multiplied by (y) the Standard Certificate Balance of the related Class of Certificates to which such Certificate belongs.

  • The most senior Class of Non-Retained Principal Balance Certificates, whose Standard Certificate Balance is reduced to less than 25% of its initial Certificate Balance (taking into account the application of any Cumulative Appraisal Reduction Amount to notionally reduce the Standard Certificate Balance of such Class) and provided that a CCR Consultation Termination Event does not exist, is referred to as an “Appraisal-Reduced Class”.

As of any subsequent Determination Date, the lesser of (i) the Original Class B-5 Principal Balance less the sum of (a) all amounts previously distributed in respect of the Class B-5 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates (A) pursuant to Paragraph nineteenth of Section 4.01(a) and (B) as a result of a Principal Adjustment and (b) the Realized Losses allocated through such Determination Date to the Class B-5 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(b) and (ii) the Adjusted Pool Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date less the sum of the Class A Principal Balance, the Class B-1 Principal Balance, the Class B-2 Principal Balance, the Class B-3 Principal Balance and the Class B-4 Principal Balance as of such Determination Date.

  • Original Class B-5 Principal Balance The Class B-5 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Class B-4 Principal Balance As to the first Determination Date, the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance.
