Standard Choice Offer definition

Standard Choice Offer or “SCO” shall have the meaning as set forth in Columbia’s Tariff and all references in this Agreement to the Standard Choice Offer or SCO shall also include the provisions of Columbia’s Tariff applicable to the Standard Choice Offer.
Standard Choice Offer means the Tariff-based standard market-priced Choice service provided by retail natural gas suppliers certified by the Commission.

Several originally signed, fully executed versions of the State Standard Agreement, together with the integrated Contract Documents, shall each represent the Agreement as an individual “Contract Counterpart.”

  • FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

  • MERS Procedures Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Repurchase Rules and Regulations shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.14 of the Indenture.

  • Standard Conditions means the “International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and International Development Association Standard Conditions for Grant Financing Made by the Bank out of Trust Funds”, dated February 25, 2019.

  • Responsive Offer or means an offer which conforms in all material respects to the requirements set forth in the request for proposals. Material respects of a request for proposals include, but are not limited to price, quality, quantity or delivery requirements.

  • DWP Offshoring Policy means the Authority’s policy and procedures as advised to the Contractor by the Authority from time to time.

  • Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Specific Redemption Provisions means, with respect to a Special Dividend Period either, or any combination of, (i) a period (a "Non-Call Period") determined by the Board of Directors of the Corporation, after consultation with the Auction Agent and the Broker-Dealers, during which the shares of AMPS subject to such Dividend Period shall not be subject to redemption at the option of the Corporation and (ii) a period (a "Premium Call Period"), consisting of a number of whole years and determined by the Board of Directors of the Corporation, after consultation with the Auction Agent and the Broker-Dealers, during each year of which the shares of AMPS subject to such Dividend Period shall be redeemable at the Corporation's option at a price per share equal to $25,000 plus accumulated but unpaid dividends plus a premium expressed as a percentage of $25,000, as determined by the Board of Directors of the Corporation after consultation with the Auction Agent and the Broker-Dealers.

  • Privacy Shield Principles means the Privacy Shield Principles (as supplemented by the Supplemental Principles) contained in Annex II to the European Commission Decision C(2016)4176 of 12 July 2016 (as may be amended, superseded or replaced).

  • Letter of Offer means any letter, commitment, arrangement or agreement between us and you in relation to the facility. We may revise, add to, vary or replace the letter of offer from time to time.

  • Restrictive procedures means the use of physical holding or seclusion of children with disabilities in an emergency. Because the special education director reported the district intends to continue the use of physically holding children with disabilities in an emergency, the district is required to maintain and make publicly accessible a restrictive procedures plan (RPP) for children with disabilities. Minnesota Statute requires that the plan must, at least, list the restrictive procedures the school intends to use; describe how the school will monitor and review the use of restrictive procedures; and include a written description and documentation of the training school personnel completed.
