Standard Specification definition

Standard Specification means either:
Standard Specification means the Seller’s specification for a Standard Product; and
Standard Specification means a technical standard or specification approved by the Working Group and ratified by the Trustee.

  • The Guarantees are exclusive and are provided in lieu of any and all other performance and weight guarantees of any nature which may be stated, referenced or incorporated in the Standard Specification or any other document.

Standard Specification means a standard specification as defined in section 1 of the Standards Act;
Standard Specification means respectively :
Standard Specification. MEANS A DESCRIPTION OF GENERALLY APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS FOR A SPECIFIC TYPE OF PROCUREMENT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REQUIREMENTS FOR PERFORMANCE, LICENSING, INSPECTING, TESTING AND DELIVERY.
Standard Specification means, individually or collectively, as the context may require, the A320 NEO Aircraft Standard Specification or the A321 NEO Aircraft Standard Specification. UNQUOTE
Standard Specification means individually or collectively the A320 NEO Standard Specification, the A321 NEO Standard Specification or the A321XLR Standard Specification, as applicable.
Standard Specification means a specification declared as such under section 17; and
Standard Specification means the A 318-100 standard specification, document number P.000.01000 Issue 1 dated 8th October 1999, a copy of which has been annexed hereto as Exhibit A. Supplier has the meaning set out in Clause 12.3.1, sub-paragraph 1.
