Standardisation Cost Charge definition

Standardisation Cost Charge means the charge imposed by the Service Provider to recover standardisation costs pursuant to rule 634 of the National Gas Rules, as set out and calculated in accordance with the schedule published on the Public Website and as referred to in clause 22.2.
Standardisation Cost Charge means the charge imposed by the Service Providers to recover standardisation costs pursuant to rule 634 of the National Gas Rules, as set out and calculated in accordance with the schedule published on the Service Providers’ website and as referred to in clause 23.2. Start Date means, in respect of a Path or a Service (as applicable), the date that the Path or Service (as applicable) commences as set out in the Annexure. State means the State of Tasmania and/or the State of Victoria (as relevant).
Standardisation Cost Charge means the charge imposed by the Transporter to recover standardisation costs pursuant to rule 634 of the National Gas Rules, as set out and calculated in accordance with the schedule published on the Transporter’s website and as referred to in clause 7A(f) of this agreement. Standard Market Timetable means the standard market timetable made under Part 26 of the National Gas Rules. Standard Market Timetable Commencement Date means the date on which the Standard Market Timetable commences as specified in or for the purposes of Part 26 of the National Gas Rules, which is currently 1 October 2019.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Operating Expense means salaries, wages, cost of maintenance and operation, materials, supplies, insurance and all other items normally included under recognized accounting practices, but does not include allowances for depreciation in the value of physical property.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.
