Standby Site definition

Standby Site means a Site, associated with a main Site, that is constructed for redundancy and is designated as a “Standby Site” by EDTI;

Examples of Standby Site in a sentence

  • The waiver will only be revoked if EDTI subsequently determines that the Standby Site did not qualify for the waiver.

  • In cases where EDTI requires that a Customer with a Standby Site switch Load to the Standby Site, EDTI will waive the Demand Charges on that site.

  • In cases where EDTI requires the Customer with a Standby Site to switch load to the Standby Site, EDTI will also waive the demand charges under EDTI’s Transmission System Access Tariff at that site.
