Study Site definition

Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.

Study Site means a medical facility in Australia such as a clinical facility or hospital that is approved in writing by the Regulator for the purposes of conducting this clinical trial.

Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as specified in Schedule 1. Sub-Investigator means any individual member of the Study team designated and supervised by the Principal Investigator at the Study Site to perform Study-related procedures and/or participate in important trial-related decisions and discussions. Timelines means the dates set out in Schedule 1 hereto as may be amended by agreement between the Parties and Timeline shall mean any one of such dates.
