Study Site definition

Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.

Study Site means the premises on which the Study will be carried out.

Study Site means any of the clinical trial sites used for the Combined Therapy Study, with such Study Sites being selected from the list of possible Study Sites agreed to by the Parties as set forth in Section 2.1(c).

Study Sites must be registered and licensed for the purposes of handling scheduled medicines and poisons as legislated through the Poisons Standard, and other relevant Australian state or territory laws in effect at the time.
