Star Rating definition

Star Rating means the numerical scare and corresponding number of stars a facility receives based on the factors contained in G.S. 131D-10.
Star Rating means a rating system applicable to a Listing, signifying the extent of verification, ongoing auditing and ongoing testing applicable to the Supplier, Factory or Product as the case may be, in respect of such Listing and where: 2.2.31.1. “One Star” indicates no continual verification, auditing or testing; 2.2.31.2. “Two Stars” indicates continual Blind Testing; 2.2.31.3. “Three Stars” indicates continual Factory Audits; and 2.2.31.4. “Four Stars” indicates both continual Blind Testing and continual Factory Audits.
