Starting Principal Balance definition

Starting Principal Balance means with respect to a Receivable, the aggregate principal amount advanced under such Receivable toward the purchase price of the Financed Vehicle or Financed Vehicles, including insurance premiums, service and warranty contracts, federal excise and sales taxes and other items customarily financed as part of a Receivable and related costs, less payments received from the Obligor prior to the Cutoff Date with respect to such Receivable allocable to principal.

  • The Servicer may at its option purchase the Owner Trust Estate at a price specified in the Sale and Servicing Agreement, and such purchase of the Receivables and other property of the Trust will effect early retirement of the Notes and the Trust Certificates; however, such right of purchase is exercisable only as of the last day of any Collection Period as of which the Pool Balance is 10% or less of the Aggregate Starting Principal Balance of all Receivables transferred to the Trust.
