State Budget Act definition

State Budget Act means Amended Substitute House Bill No. 59, passed by the Ohio General Assembly and signed by the Governor on June 30, 2013, providing State appropriations for its 2014-2015 biennium (the period from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015) and enacting other statutory provisions.
State Budget Act means Amended Substitute House Bill No. 153, passed by the Ohio General Assembly and signed by the Governor on June 30, 2011, providing State appropriations for its 2012-2013 biennium (beginning July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013) and enacting other statutory provisions.
State Budget Act means Amended Substitute House Bill No. 49, passed by the Ohio General Assembly and signed by the Governor on June 30, 2017, providing State appropriations for its 2017-2019 biennium (beginning July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019) and enacting other statutory provisions.

  • This Agreement is valid and enforceable only if (1) sufficient funds are made available by the State Budget Act of the appropriate State Fiscal Year(s) covered by this Agreement for the purposes of this program; and (2) sufficient funds are made available to the State by the United States Government or by the State of California for the Fiscal Year(s) covered by this Agreement for the purposes of this program.
