For the purpose of this sub-section, “for cause” means a violation of the State Ethics Code (Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 10) or section 4a-100 of the general statutes, or wanton or reckless disregard of any state contracting and procurement process by any person substantially involved in this Contract or State Contracting Agency.
