State Federation means the Australian Salaried Medical Officers’ Federation (New South Wales), an organisation registered pursuant to the Industrial Relations Act (NSW) 1996;
State Federation means a cooperative society of MPUs within a state or, where there is only one MPU in a state, such MPU, registered under the Cooperative Societies Act of the concerned state;
