State of Operator definition

State of Operator means the State in which the operators principal place of business is located or, if there is no such place of business, the operator’s permanent residence;

Examples of State of Operator in a sentence

  • Any change to an MEL referred to in the first subparagraph, for which an MMEL has not been established as part of the operational suitability data, shall continue to be made in accordance with the MMEL accepted by the State of Operator or Registry as applicable.

  • If an MMEL has not been established as part of the operational suitability data, the MEL may be based on the relevant MMEL accepted by the State of Operator or Registry as applicable.
