State of Operator definition

State of Operator means the State in which the operators principal place of business is located or, if there is no such place of business, the operator’s permanent residence;
State of Operator. , in relation to an aircraft, means the state in which the oper- ator’s principal place of business is located or, if there is no such place of busi- ness, the operator’s permanent residence;

  • Any change to an MEL referred to in the first subparagraph, for which an MMEL has not been established as part of the operational suitability data, shall continue to be made in accordance with the MMEL accepted by the State of Operator or Registry as applicable.
