State of the commitment definition

State of the commitment means the State of the habitual residence of the policy holder or, if the policy holder is a legal person, the State in which the establishment of the legal person is situated to which the contract relates;
State of the commitment means the State in which the policyholder habitually resides or, if the policyholder is a legal person, the State of that policyholder's establishment to which the contract relates;

  • Revolving Loan Commitment means the commitment of a Revolving Lender to make Revolving Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(ii), and “Revolving Loan Commitments” means such commitments of all Revolving Lenders in the aggregate.

  • Total Revolving Credit Commitments at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Commitments then in effect.
