State Records means any and all State data, information, and records, regardless of physical form, including, but not limited to, information subject to disclosure under CORA.
Recorder means either a personal video recorder (PVR) or digital video recorder (DVR) which must satisfy the following features:
State aid means State municipal aid and State school aid;
State Repository means any public or private repository or entity as may be designated by the State as a state information depository for the purpose of the Rule. As of the date of this Disclosure Agreement, there is no State Repository.
Private record means a record containing data on individuals that is private as provided by Section 63G-2-302.
state trust land means land owned by the state-
State land means land which vests in the national or a provincial government, and includes land below the high water mark and the Admiralty Reserve, but excludes land belonging to a local authority;
State archives means the Division of Archives and Records Service created in Section 63A-12-101.
State actuary or "actuary" means the person appointed
State department means the state department of human services.
State regulator means an agency of the state which is empowered to engage in the regulation of construction, alteration, remodeling, building, repair, and other activities subject to the codes adopted pursuant to this chapter.
State registrar means the state registrar of vital statistics.
State Abbreviation means the following:
Record of Depositors means the record provided by the Central Depository to the Company under Chapter 24.0 of the Rules.
State property means any building, land, or other real property owned, leased, or occupied by any department, agency, or instrumentality wholly owned by the State, unless, with respect to any building, land, or other real property leased or rented by the State, the lease or rental agreement shall prohibit the establishment of such vending facilities.
State official means a person who holds a state office.
State fire marshal means the chief officer of the division of fire protection as described in Iowa Code section 100.1 or one authorized to act in the state fire marshal’s absence.
State contractor means a person, business entity or nonprofit organization that enters into a state contract. Such person, business entity or nonprofit organization shall be deemed to be a state contractor until December thirty-first of the year in which such contract terminates. "State contractor" does not include a municipality or any other political subdivision of the state, including any entities or associations duly created by the municipality or political subdivision exclusively amongst themselves to further any purpose authorized by statute or charter, or an employee in the executive or legislative branch of state government or a quasi-public agency, whether in the classified or unclassified service and full or part-time, and only in such person's capacity as a state or quasi-public agency employee.
State Party means the State Party to this Agreement;
Assignment of Mortgage An assignment of the Mortgage, notice of transfer or equivalent instrument in recordable form, sufficient under the laws of the jurisdiction wherein the related Mortgaged Property is located to reflect the sale of the Mortgage to the Purchaser.
State facility means a center or a hospital operated by the department.
conveyancer means the conveyancer described at paragraph 6 of the Schedule;
State (the State means the State of New Mexico.
State route means a right-of-way whether actually used as a
Home state action means any administrative, civil, equitable, or criminal action permitted by the home state’s laws which are imposed on a nurse by the home state’s licensening board or other authority, including actions against an individual’s license such as revocation, suspension, probation, or any other action which affects a nurse’s authorization to practice.
State Data means all confidential information, non-public data, personal data, and protected health information that is created or in any way originating with the State whether such data or output is stored on the Department’s hardware, Contractor’s hardware, or exists in any system owned, maintained or otherwise controlled by the Department or by the Contractor. State Data includes any federal data that the Department controls or maintains, that is protected under federal laws, statutes, and regulations. The Department reserves the right to identify, during and after the Contract, additional reasonable types of categories of information that must be kept confidential under federal and state laws.
