The Borrower shall pay to the Agent all PIK Interest accruing from November 1, 2010 through and including the Stated Forbearance Termination Date on the Stated Forbearance Termination Date.
The Deferred Principal Payments shall be due and payable on the Stated Forbearance Termination Date.
