Statutory Agent definition

Statutory Agent means an adult person who has been a bona fide resident of this State for at least three years and has agreed to act as agent for a licensee. A Statutory Agent may also be a company.
Statutory Agent means a person who is on file with the corporation commission as the statutory agent.
