The Transport Supplier shall be solely responsible for compliance with all statutory acts at all time during the tenure of the service Agreement. (a) SHUT DOWN" means disruption/non-availability of the Transport Service due to any of the defaults in Clause 1.14(A). (b) SHUT DOWN" shall also mean the non-availability of the Transport service due to an accident.
