The system operator shall ensure that a copy of any direction of the Authority pursuant to sub-paragraph (a) is made available to each STC party, including by way of publication.
DTC Participant means any financial institution (or any nominee of such institution) having one or more participant accounts with DTC for receiving, holding and delivering the securities and cash held in DTC. A DTC Participant may or may not be a Beneficial Owner. If a DTC Participant is not the Beneficial Owner of the ADSs credited to its account at DTC, or of the ADSs in respect of which the DTC Participant is otherwise acting, such DTC Participant shall be deemed, for all purposes hereunder, to have all requisite authority to act on behalf of the Beneficial Owner(s) of the ADSs credited to its account at DTC or in respect of which the DTC Participant is so acting.
DTC Participants means participants within DTC.
Auction Party has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.
Recipient Party means the Party which receives Confidential Information from the other Party.
Transaction Party means the Company and each Guarantor, collectively, “Transaction Parties”.
Third Party Owner means any person who is the legal or beneficial owner (including a Lessor) of any Assets used or occupied by, or in the possession of the Deed Company as at the Appointment Date.
Assisting Party means a party that provides assistance pursuant to this Agreement during an emergency or disaster.
Lender Recipient Party means collectively, the Lenders, the Swing Line Lender and the L/C Issuers.
Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.
Owner/operator means the owner(s), operator(s), lessor(s), lessee(s) and/or supervisor(s) of an air contaminant source and/or a person authorized to represent such person(s).
Producing Party means the parties to this action and any third-parties producing “Confidential Information” in connection with depositions, document production or otherwise, or the party asserting the confidentiality privilege, as the case may be.
Relevant Party means each Loan Party and Sponsor (and, collectively “Relevant Parties”).
Originating Party means the Party, including any entity which provides Classified Information in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in its state;
Third-party logistics provider means a person that provides or coordinates warehousing of or other logistics services for a drug or device in interstate commerce on behalf of a manufacturer, wholesale distributor, or dispenser of the drug or device but does not take ownership of the product or have responsibility for directing the sale or disposition of the product.

Project Party means each Person (other than the Borrowers) who is a party to a Project Document.
Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.
Creditor Party means the Agent, the Security Trustee, the Swap Bank or any Lender, whether as at the date of this Agreement or at any later time;
Financing Party means any and all Persons, or the agents or trustees representing them, providing senior or subordinated debt or tax equity financing or refinancing (including letters of credit, bank guaranties or other credit support).
FOIA Party means a Person that, in the reasonable determination of the Board of Directors, may be subject to, and thereby required to disclose non-public information furnished by or relating to the Company under, the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552 (“FOIA”), any state public records access law, any state or other jurisdiction’s laws similar in intent or effect to FOIA, or any other similar statutory or regulatory requirement.
Mediation party means a person that participates in a mediation and whose agreement is necessary to resolve the dispute.
Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).
Third Party Provider means licensors, subcontractors and suppliers of BNYM furnishing the Third Party Products.
Managing Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(a).
Warrantor means a manufacturer or any other person that provides a warranty to the consumer in connection with a new recreational vehicle or parts, accessories, or components of a new recreational vehicle. The term does not include a person that provides a service contract, mechanical or other insurance, or an extended warranty sold for separate consideration by a dealer or other person not controlled by a manufacturer.
