  • Asset Management is a principle/practice that includes planning processes, approaches, plans, or related documents that support an integrated lifecycle approach to the effective stewardship of infrastructure assets to maximize benefits and effectively manage risk.

  • Fortress means Fortress Investment Group LLC.

  • TPG has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Asset Management Company means an asset Management Company as defined in the Rules and Regulations.

  • Advisory Group means the environmental flows

  • Brookfield Group means Brookfield and any Affiliates of Brookfield, other than any member of the BREP Group;

  • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • Oaktree means Oaktree Capital Management, LLC and its Affiliates, including any partnerships, separate accounts or other entities managed by Oaktree.

  • Apollo Group means: (i) Apollo; (ii) the Apollo Holders; and (iii) any Affiliate of Apollo (including the Apollo Holders).

  • Carlyle means Carlyle Investment Management, LLC.

  • Manager-managed limited liability company means a limited liability company that is managed by

  • TCV ’ means total consolidated volume calculated as the total national volume in those classes listed on MIAX Pearl for the month for which the fees apply, excluding consolidated volume executed during the period of time in which the Exchange experiences an Exchange System Disruption (solely in the option classes of the affected Matching Engine).   • Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.
