Stipulated Value definition

Stipulated Value per share shall be calculated annually. The stipulated value shall be the value per share as fixed by the shareholders at the preceding annual meeting of the Corporation (the "stock valuation date").
Stipulated Value means the stipulated value computed in accordance with Exhibit F of this Lease.

If a Response Notice is not received by the Escrow Agent within such 30-day period, then the Stockholder Representative shall be conclusively deemed to have agreed that Escrow Shares (or other property held in the Escrow Account) collectively having a Stipulated Value equal to the full Claimed Amount may be released to the Stockholder Indemnified Person from the Escrow Account.
