Stipulated Value definition

Stipulated Value per share shall be calculated annually. The stipulated value shall be the value per share as fixed by the shareholders at the preceding annual meeting of the Corporation (the "stock valuation date").
Stipulated Value means the stipulated value computed in accordance with Exhibit F of this Lease.

Stipulated Value of each Escrow Share means the closing sale price of a share of Parent Stock as reported on the Nasdaq National Market on the Closing Date of the transactions contemplated by the Reorganization Agreement.
