Stipulation Agreement definition

Stipulation Agreement means a voluntary agreement entered into between Dakota County and a person, whereby the person agrees to perform actions to correct ordinance violations within an agreed upon time period and upon which its terms and conditions may be enforced in a court of competent jurisdiction.
