Stipulation of Dismissal definition

Stipulation of Dismissal means, as the context may require, an MDL Stipulation of Dismissal, a Federal Stipulation of Dismissal, or a State Stipulation of Dismissal.

Stipulation of Dismissal or “Dismissal” refers to the stipulation of dismissal substantially in the form of Exhibit H, or such other motion, order or other form, necessary to dismiss with prejudice each Plaintiff’s Claims in the Litigation, regardless of whether the Plaintiff is the sole Plaintiff in a case or combined with other Plaintiffs.
