Order of Dismissal. Among teachers qualified to hold a position, teachers must be dismissed in the order of their groupings, with teachers in Group 1 dismissed first and teachers in Group 4 dismissed last.
a. Within Group 1, the sequence of dismissal is at the sole discretion of the District.

Order of Dismissal. 1. The Settling Parties will seek and obtain from the Court a Judgment as further described in Section XI below. The Judgment shall, among other things, (i) approve this Settlement Agreement as fair, reasonable and adequate,

The Plaintiffs and the Company will seek and obtain from the Court a Final Judgment and Order Approving Settlement (for which, as a condition of settlement, the time for appeal has expired without any modifications in the Final Judgment or Order Approving Settlement) as further described below in Section XV.
