Stock Shape definition

Stock Shape means the Biomaterials melt processed so as to form an extruded rod stock;
Stock Shape means extruded rod stock composed of Biomaterials that have been melt processed so as to conform with the Supply Manufacturing Definition;
Stock Shape means extruded rod stock composed of Biomaterials that have been melt processed so as to conform with the Supply Manufacturing Definition.

  • As at the date of this Agreement, the Supplier would normally expect the anticipated delivery date to be no later than 90 days from the date of receipt of an Order for an amount of the Stock Shape up to 100 meters.

  • In the event of termination, at Buyer’s sole option, Buyer may return to Supplier all Biomaterials and/or Stock Shape in its possession which have not been integrated into the Products as of the date of termination, and Supplier shall refund the purchase price paid by Buyer.

  • The cost of delivery is included in the price of the Stock Shape.

  • However even if we had received a presentation from yourself either in person or via Zoom, we would not have had the facility to share this with the rest of the members in attendance during the course of the meeting.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Buyer shall not make any warranties or representations regarding the Biomaterials and Stock Shape other than those warranties and representations expressly made by Supplier herein.

  • In the event of termination, at Buyer’s sole option, Buyer may sell through to third parties any Products and do all acts with respect to any remaining Biomaterials and/or Stock Shape which acts are not a material breach of this Agreement.

Related to Stock Shape

  • Reverse Stock Split means a reverse stock split of the outstanding shares of Common Stock that is effected by the Company’s filing of an amendment to its certificate of incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware and the acceptance thereof.

  • Stock means the Common Stock of the Company.

  • Stock Split means any kind of stock split in relation to the Shares, including a free share distribution to the holders of Shares, a stock dividend or a sub-division of Shares;

  • Common Stock Agreement means an agreement executed by a Common Stockholder and the Company as contemplated by Section 5, below, which imposes on the shares of Common Stock held by the Common Stockholder such restrictions as the Board or Committee deem appropriate.

  • Safe Preferred Stock means the shares of the series of Preferred Stock issued to the Investor in an Equity Financing, having the identical rights, privileges, preferences and restrictions as the shares of Standard Preferred Stock, other than with respect to: (i) the per share liquidation preference and the initial conversion price for purposes of price-based anti-dilution protection, which will equal the Conversion Price; and (ii) the basis for any dividend rights, which will be based on the Conversion Price.

  • Plan Share Award means a right granted under this Plan to receive Plan Shares.

  • Shares means the shares of Common Stock issued or issuable to each Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Convertible Preferred Stock has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Share Award means an Award of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10.

  • Stock Books means the books maintained by the Auction Agent setting forth at all times a current list, as determined by the Auction Agent, of Existing Holders of the AMPS.

  • Series B Convertible Preferred Stock means the Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, $.01 par value, of the Corporation.

  • Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Corporation;

  • Unit Award means a grant of a Unit that is not subject to a Restricted Period.

  • Plan Shares means the total number of Common Shares which may be reserved for issuance as Optioned Shares under the Plan as provided in §2.2;

  • Company Preferred Stock means the Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company.

  • Series A Convertible Preferred Stock means the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value per share, of the Corporation.

  • Dividend Shares means any shares of Common Stock issuable in lieu of cash dividends paid or to be paid on the Series A Preferred.

  • Parent Preferred Stock means the preferred stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Parent.

  • Share Unit means either an RSU or a PSU, as the context requires.

  • Restricted Share Award means an award of Restricted Shares.

  • Stock Units means investment units under the Deferred Delivery Plan, each of which is deemed to be equivalent to one share of Stock.

  • Undesignated Shares As of any date, the Number of Shares minus the number of Shares designated as Settlement Shares for Settlements for which the related Relevant Settlement Date has not occurred.

  • Stock Unit means a bookkeeping entry representing the equivalent of one Share, as awarded under the Plan.

  • Stock Incentives means, collectively, Dividend Equivalent Rights, Incentive Stock Options, Non-Qualified Stock Options, Performance Unit Awards, Phantom Shares, Stock Appreciation Rights and Stock Awards.

  • Voting Preferred Stock means, with regard to any election or removal of a Preferred Stock Director (as defined in Section 8(b) below) or any other matter as to which the holders of Series E are entitled to vote as specified in Section 8 of this Certificate of Designations, any and all series of Preferred Stock (other than Series E) that rank equally with Series E either as to the payment of dividends or as to the distribution of assets upon liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Corporation and upon which like voting rights have been conferred and are exercisable with respect to such matter.

  • Share Appreciation Right means the right pursuant to an Award granted under Section 8 below to receive an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate Fair Market Value, as of the date such Award or portion thereof is surrendered, of the Shares covered by such Award or such portion thereof, over (ii) the aggregate Exercise Price of such Award or such portion thereof.
