Undesignated Shares definition

Undesignated Shares. As of any date, the Number of Shares minus the number of Shares designated as Settlement Shares for Settlements for which the related Relevant Settlement Date has not occurred.

Undesignated Shares shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.7(a).

Undesignated Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03(a).

• Undesignated Shares: For any Transaction, as of any date, the Number of Shares for such Transaction minus the number of Shares designated as Settlement Shares for Settlements of such Transaction for which the related Relevant Settlement Date has not occurred.

• If an Election is revoked prior to the Election Deadline, the related Shares will automatically become Undesignated Shares unless and until a new Election is properly made with respect to such Shares on or before the Election Deadline.

• Undesignated Shares: For each Transaction, as of any date, the Number of Shares minus the number of Shares designated as Settlement Shares for Settlements for which the related Relevant Settlement Date has not occurred.
