Stock Subdivision definition

Stock Subdivision has the meaning set forth in Section 5(a)(i)(B).

Examples of Stock Subdivision in a sentence

  • Upon any Stock Subdivision or Combination, the number of Partnership CVRs held by each Holder shall automatically be adjusted such that the Holder’s Number of CVRs shall increase or decrease in proportion to the increase or decrease in the number of outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock as a result of such Stock Subdivision or Combination.

  • Upon any Stock Subdivision or Combination, the number of Public Company CVRs held by each Holder shall automatically be adjusted such that the Holder’s number of CVRs shall increase or decrease in proportion to the increase or decrease in the number of outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock as a result of such Stock Subdivision of Combination.

  • Political subdivision means a city, village, town or county.

  • Stock Split means any kind of stock split in relation to the Shares, including a free share distribution to the holders of Shares, a stock dividend or a sub-division of Shares;

  • Stock Dividend has the meaning set forth in Section 5(a)(i)(A).

  • Common Stock Dividend means a stock dividend declared and paid on the Common Stock that is payable in shares of Common Stock.

  • Reverse Stock Split means a reverse stock split of the outstanding shares of Common Stock that is effected by the Company’s filing of an amendment to its certificate of incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware and the acceptance thereof.

  • Sub-Division means a sub-division of a district;

  • Recapitalization means any stock dividend, stock split, combination of shares, reorganization, recapitalization, reclassification or other similar event.

  • Dividend means any dividend (whether interim or final) resolved to be paid on Shares pursuant to the Articles.

  • Unit and “Quality” means the unit and quantity specified in the schedule.

  • Reclassification means the upgrading of a position to a higher classification as a result of the gradual increase of the duties being performed by the incumbent in that position.

  • Common Stock Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(b).

  • Stock means the Common Stock of the Company.

  • Stock Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c).
