Stockholder Meeting Deadline definition

Stockholder Meeting Deadline has the meaning set forth in Section 5.14.
Stockholder Meeting Deadline shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.16.
Stockholder Meeting Deadline means (i) the date that is sixty (60) days after the Closing Date in the event the Proxy Statement is subject to review by the SEC and (ii) the date that is thirty (30) days after the Closing Date in the event the Proxy Statement is not subject to review by the SEC.
