Stockholder Parties definition

Stockholder Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Stockholder Parties means the Stockholders (as defined in the Stockholders Agreement). The term “Stockholder Party” shall have a correlative meaning to “Stockholder Parties.”

• For the avoidance of doubt, in no event may the Company and/or the Representative, on its own behalf or on behalf of the Stockholder Parties, obtain both specific performance and such monetary damages.

• The Stockholder Parties also may pursue acquisition opportunities that may be complementary to New CuriosityStream’s business and, as a result, those acquisition opportunities may not be available to New CuriosityStream.

• Parent and the Stockholder Parties acknowledge that each party to this Agreement has been represented by counsel in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
