Storage Access Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions of Access to the Haidach Natural Gas Storage Facility as amended utilized by the Provider in relation to both the generally applicable conditions to hold storage capacities on demand and to provide Storage Services.

Examples of Storage Access Conditions in a sentence

  • In case of deviations and/or contradictions between the provisions of the Agreement and the provisions of the Storage Access Conditions (Annex 1 to this Agreement) the provisions of the Storage Service Agreement shall prevail.

  • The Agreement shall become effective upon conclusion of the Agreement within an Auction pursuant to Article 4 T&C Online Auctions (Annex 1a to this Agreement) or outside an Auction pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of the Storage Access Conditions (Annex 1 to this Agreement) and shall expire at the end of the Storage Period as clarified in Article 2.2. hereof.

  • Definitions assigned in this Agreement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Storage Access Conditions (Annex 1 to this Agreement) and/ or in the T&C Online Auctions unless otherwise defined herein or unless the context requires otherwise.

  • In addition, the Provider shall be entitled to reject any Nomination or Renomination submitted in violation of the provisions of the Storage Access Conditions.

  • The definitions and terms set out in Article 1 of the Storage Access Conditions (Annex 1 of the Storage Service Agreement) shall apply accordingly if not otherwise defined herein or unless the context requires otherwise.

  • Subject to Article 6.5 hereof, the Provider shall be entitled to reject any of the Customer's Nomination or Renomination either completely or in part, particularly in the event of both Force Majeure pursuant to the provisions of Clause 28 of the Storage Access Conditions and non-compliance with operational and technical limitations pursuant to the provisions of Clause 22 of the Storage Access Conditions or during maintenance periods pursuant to the provisions of Clause 23 of the Storage Access Conditions.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the parties explicitly agree that Section 12 of the Storage Access Conditions shall not apply to any transfer of capacity pursuant to this Section.

  • In case of deviations and/or contradictions between the provisions of the Agreement and the provisions of the Storage Access Conditions (Annex 1 of this Agreement) the provisions of the Storage Service Agreement shall prevail.

  • Said declaration of disagreement shall be provided within thirty (30) Working Days after the changed Storage Access Conditions have become effective.

  • For the Storage Customer, this shall not result in any changes to the technical and/or commercial conditions under its Storage Contract, including the Storage Specification and the Storage Access Conditions.
