Storage and Handling Charges definition

Storage and Handling Charges means combination of three separate charges, being Fixed Storage Charges, Variable Charges and Handling Charges, payable by the Authority to the Concessionaire for the Services provided under the Agreement as per mechanism mentioned in Clause 15.1;
Storage and Handling Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Article 25 and in Schedule E

Examples of Storage and Handling Charges in a sentence

  • In case of failure to make such payments within the stipulated time, without prejudice to the remedies provided hereinbefore, the Authority shall have the right to recover such payments from the Storage and Handling Charges payable by the Authority as under Article 15.

  • Without prejudice to whatever is stated herein above, the Authority shall have the right to adjust the Damages etc., payable as stated herein from the Storage and Handling Charges and/or Performance Security.

  • The Storage Facility shall enter into commercial service on COD whereupon the Concessionaire shall be entitled to receive Storage and Handling Charges from the Authority in accordance with the provisions of Article 25.

  • The Concessionaire hereby agrees to provide the Services exclusively to the Authority or its assignees, against the payment of the Storage and Handling Charges by the Authority to the Concessionaire in accordance with the Article 15.The Authority agrees to accept from the Concessionaire the Services during the Operation Period and make timely payments of the Storage and Handling Charges to the Concessionaire in accordance with the Article 15 for the Services offered under this Agreement.

  • The Transfer In-Store Administration Fee will apply to such transfers, and will be applied to the purchasing Client’s account: If a Transfer In-Store is made from a Grower to the Client, the Client will be responsible for all unpaid Storage and Handling Charges that have accumulated to the account of the Grower in respect of the transferred Grain.

  • The PCE would only be obliged – if at all, and I am not entirely sure that is the case – to assist with Clint Winston in the event of the death of both Ralph and Margaret Winston.

  • Carrying Charges or "rental" means all regular charges paid on a periodic basis to a housing corporation by a person or family living in a rental or cooperative housing project, excluding initial down payments.

  • Parking Charge means the amount payable in respect of a parking stay in a parking place as defined in Article 8 to this Order;

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Recurring Charges means where you allow a Merchant to bill your Account for a specified or unspecified amount, at regular or irregular intervals for goods or services;

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Restructuring Charges means any charges or expenses in respect of restructuring or consolidating any business, operations or facilities, any compensation or headcount reduction, or any other cost savings, of any Persons or businesses either alone or together with the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary, as permitted by GAAP or Regulation S-X under the Securities Act.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Transportation Costs means costs of travel as a fare paying passenger in any Common Carrier Conveyance other than a taxicab.

  • collection charges means the charges which the Municipality is entitled to recover in terms of section 75A(1) of the Systems Act, and includes the administrative cost –

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller of personal property or services for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of personal property or services including, but not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating and packing. Delivery charges shall not include charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Maintenance Adder means an adder that may be included to account for variable operation and maintenance expenses in a Market Seller’s Fuel Cost Policy. The Maintenance Adder is calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of PJM Manual 15, and may only include expenses incurred as a result of electric production.

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Usual and Customary Charges means those comparable charges for similar treatment, services and supplies in the geographic area where treatment is performed.

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit means the credit paid to Generation Owners pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 114.

  • Termination Charges means any compensatory charges payable by the Customer to BT on termination of this Agreement in whole or in part or a Service as set out in a Schedule or Order.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Service Control Point (SCP) is the node in the common channel signaling network that accepts Queries for certain Database services. The SCP is a real time database system that receives Queries from service platforms, performs subscriber or application-specific service logic, and then sends a Response back to the Query-originating platform. Such service platforms can be Service Switching Points (SSPs) or other network nodes capable of properly formatting and launching Queries.
