Storage Charges. Collectively, the One-Year Storage Charge(s), the Two-Year Storage Charge(s), the Three-Year Storage Charge(s), the Quarterly Storage Charge(s), and the Monthly Storage Charge(s) are the “Storage Charges.” Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, all Storage Charge payments are non- refundable. In the event of any Renewal, the Customer shall be invoiced for each Renewal Term not later than thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of such Renewal Term, and the Storage Charges for any such Renewal Term are due on the first day of such Renewal Term; provided, however, that with respect to any Quarter-Year Pallet Storage Charge that the Customer shall be invoiced after the beginning of each Renewal Period.
Storage Charges. Storage Charges are as outlined in Schedule 2. Storage Charges will accrue and become payable in accordance with these terms and conditions by the Warehouser when the Outturn Entitlement is outturned or is Title Transferred.
Storage Charges. 33. If the Tenant does not remove the Tenant Chattels by the date(s) provided in this Agreement, the Landlord shall be entitled to remove the Tenant Chattels from the Site at the Tenant’s cost. The Landlord shall have a lien on the Tenant Chattels for storage charges (which the parties hereto deem to be reasonable) at the rate of $35.00 per day calculated from the date such Tenant Chattels should have been removed, together with the cost of removal and transportation charges. If the Tenant fails to pay storage charges, within 5 clear days of receiving written notification thereof from the Landlord, then the Tenant Chattels shall become the Landlord’s property and, the Landlord may sell the Tenant Chattels either privately or at public auction and the provisions of paragraph 25 hereof shall apply. After the deduction of the Landlord’s costs related to removal, transportation and sale of the Tenant Chattels, the balance shall be applied against storage charges and any shortfall shall be paid by the Tenant. The Tenant shall have no claim whatsoever for any damages to the Tenant Chattels, however caused. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Tenant does hereby grant the Landlord the authority to discard or destroy any of the Tenant Chattels left on the Site by the Tenant that the Landlord, in its sole unfettered discretion, deems unsuitable or worthy of storage.
Storage Charges. 22.1 All charges including removal charges must be paid before the items may be taken out of Storage. All Storage charges must be paid in advance by the Customer monthly or quarterly depending on the agreement reached between the parties by debit order.
Storage Charges. You agree to pay GC storage charges and processing fees (the "Invoice") calculated in accordance with the attached Exhibit "A," which charges and fees may be modified by GC at any time hereafter subject to providing You with thirty (30) days prior written notice. If GC fails to receive your payment within ten (10) days of date on each monthly Invoice, time being of the essence, You agree to pay GC a late fee of the greater of thirty dollars ($30.00) or one and one-half percent (1.5%) of the amount due on that Invoice.
Storage Charges. 9.1.Any completed Orders that Buyer fails to accept delivery of goods by the delivery date stated on the Vitrum Order Confirmation shall be subject to storage charges at a rate of $10.00 per crate per day.

Storage charges on qualifying shipments will be: $2.75/cwt per day subject to a minimum charge per day of $25.05; $44.10 minimum per shipment; $155 maximum charge per day.
