Examples of Storage Transfer in a sentence

  • Where a User is required pursuant to the Transco LNG Storage Credit Agreement to provide Transco LNG Storage with security (in accordance with applicable provisions of the Transco LNG Storage Credit Agreement) Transco LNG Storage shall be entitled to reject or refuse to accept a Nomination or Storage Transfer until such time as the User has made such security available to Transco LNG Storage in accordance with any applicable requirements of the Transco LNG Storage Credit Agreement.

  • Storage, Transfer, and Disclosure of Information The recorded information of video and audio monitoring will be handled and retained in accordance with legal obligations.

  • A Storage Transfer shall be effective if it is approved by Transco LNG Storage or is not rejected by Transco LNG Storage within 60 minutes after it was notified by the Transferor Storage User or (if later) the Transferee Storage User under paragraph 4.3.1.

  • Title Transfer means the transfer of title to Gas between two (2) Shippers at a Delivery Point, provided that each such party has executed a Transportation Service Agreement, or the transfer of title to Gas between two (2) Shippers at ATP, provided each such party has executed either a Transportation Service Agreement or a Title Transfer Agreement.

  • Storage means any keeping or retention of tangible personal property for use, consumption or

  • Underground tank means a device meeting the definition of tank whose entire surface area is totally below the surface of and covered by the ground.

  • Direct Assignment Facilities means facilities or portions of facilities that are constructed for the sole use/benefit of a particular Transmission Customer requesting service under the Tariff. Direct Assignment Facilities shall be specified in the Service Agreement that governs service to the Transmission Customer and shall be subject to Commission approval.

  • Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing aboveground storage tanks.

  • Transfer facility means any transportation related facility including loading docks, parking areas, storage areas and other similar areas where shipments of hazardous waste are held during the normal course of transportation.

  • Transfer Any direct or indirect transfer or sale of any Ownership Interest in a Residual Certificate.
