Storage Variations definition

Storage Variations has the meaning given such term in Section 7.3.
Storage Variations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.

Examples of Storage Variations in a sentence

  • On a Yearly basis, Provider will net all Storage Variations with respect to such Year together in order to determine the aggregate Storage Variations for the Year.

  • Monthly Storage Variations for each Commodity shall be prorated to all Persons using the storage for that Commodity based upon their respective percentages of Terminal receipts of that Commodity for that Month (such proration being such Person’s “Proportionate Share”).

  • Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing to the contrary, from and after the fourth anniversary of the Effective Time, Customer shall only bear Storage Variations pursuant to this Section 7.3 up to the Product Loss Allowance, and Provider shall bear all Storage Variations in excess of the Product Loss Allowance.

  • Provider will, on a Monthly basis, determine the Storage Variations occurring during the immediately preceding Month with respect to the Customer Hydrocarbons in the Terminals System during such Month.

  • Company shall bear any losses or gains that may occur while Company’s Commodities are in storage at the Tanks (such losses or gains, the “Storage Variations”), except to the extent that Storage Variations result from Carrier’s negligence or willful misconduct or the negligence or willful misconduct of Carrier’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors.

  • Provider will, on a Monthly basis, determine the Storage Variations occurring during the immediately preceding Month with respect to any Customer Product stored in the Mentor Cavern during such Month.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, and except for Storage Variations, Carrier shall in no event be liable for loss of, or damage to, any Commodities of Company except to the extent caused by Carrier’s negligence or willful misconduct, or the negligence or willful misconduct of Carrier’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors, in the safekeeping and handling of any Commodity of Company.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, and except for Storage Variations, Carrier shall in no event be liable for loss of, or damage to, any Commodities of Company except to the extent caused by Carrier’s negligence, or the negligence of Carrier’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors, in the safekeeping and handling of any Commodity of Company.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, and except for Storage Variations, Holdings shall in no event be liable for loss of, or damage to, Company’s Crude Oil except to the extent caused by Holdings’ negligence or the negligence of Holdings’ employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors in the safekeeping and handling of Company’s Crude Oil.

  • WRB shall bear any losses or gains that may occur while WRB’s Commodities are in storage in the Tanks (such losses or gains, the “Storage Variations”), except to the extent that Storage Variations result from Carrier’s negligence or willful misconduct or the negligence or willful misconduct of Carriers’ employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors.

Related to Storage Variations

  • Service Variation has the meaning attributed to it in paragraph 7.1;

  • Minor Variations means any modifications reasonably required: (i) to comply with all applicable Legal Requirements and/or to obtain or to comply with any required permit (including the TI Permit); (ii) to comport with good design, engineering, and construction practices which are not material; or (iii) to make reasonable adjustments for field deviations or conditions encountered during the construction of the Tenant Improvements.

  • Variations means the absolute value of the difference, in MWh, in any Settlement Interval between (a) DA Scheduled Energy; and (b) Delivered Energy for the Settlement Interval. [For Baseload Product only]

  • Polystyrene foam adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond polystyrene foam to substrates.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Variation means a change which is instructed by the Engineer/Employer under Sub-Clause 10.1.

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential.   • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;
