Stormwater Runoff from Construction Activities definition

Stormwater Runoff from Construction Activities means stormwater runoff from areas where construction activities are located. Construction activities include clearing, grading and excavating that result in land disturbance of equal to or greater than one (1.0) acre of total land area. Construction activity also includes the disturbance of less than one acre of total land area that is part of a larger common plan of development or sale if the larger common plan will ultimately disturb equal to or greater than one (1.0) acre. Construction activities do not include routine maintenance that is performed to maintain the original line and grade, hydraulic capacity, or original purpose of the facility. (See 40 CFR 122.26(b)(14 -15) for further clarification.)

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

When the emergency condition ends, pipeline construction will be in accordance with these rules.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.
