Construction Activity. (a) Developer will not carry on or permit construction activity under this Contract earlier than 6:00 a.m. nor later than 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and no construction activity, other than emergency repairs, shall be carried out on Sundays. (b) Developer agrees to include the language “all streets shall be kept clear and free of dirt and debris” in all contracts between Developer and the contractors, subcontractors, builders, etc., unless otherwise authorized in writing by the City Engineer. (c) Developer shall provide the City with the name, address and phone number of person(s) to be contacted and responsible for correcting any of the requirements set forth above should the occasion arise to do so.

Construction Activity. Housing and Residence Life staff and affiliated partners will work in and around all residential facilities throughout the summer months. Work will begin as early as 7:00 am. If an earlier start time is warranted, residents will be notified 24 hours prior to the start day and time.
Construction Activity. The Developer agrees to include in all contracts between the Developer and the purchaser of any part of the Project upon which a building has not been constructed (Lot Purchasers) the following, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the City Engineer: (a) All streets shall be kept clear and free of dirt and debris; (b) All construction activity shall begin no earlier than 7:00 a.m. and end no later than 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and no construction activity shall be permitted on Sundays and Federal Holidays; and (c) The Developer and Lot Purchasers shall provide the Department of Economic and Community Development with the name, address and phone number of person(s) to be contacted and responsible for correcting any of the above should the occasion arise to do so.
Construction Activity. The Property is located in an area that is subject to or near ongoing construction activities (collectively, the “Construction Activities”). The Construction Activities are expected to generate an unpredictable amount of visible, audible and odorous impacts and disturbances. The Construction Activities may include, without limitation: (a) construction traffic (including, without limitation, construction vehicles, equipment and vehicles used or owned by Seller, its affiliates, adjacent landowners, and the employees, agents and contractors of any of them; and (b) construction activities (including, without limitation, grading, excavation, clearing, site work, relocation of roadways and public utilities and construction of improvements) relating to the Project or nearby properties. Purchaser acknowledges that Construction Activities may disturb the Property and such Owner’s use and occupancy of the Property. PURCHASER AGREES THAT SELLER AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT HAVE ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY FOR, AND WAIVES ANY CLAIM AGAINST SELLER AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR CONTRACTORS OR AGENTS, ARISING FROM DISTURBANCE OF THE PROPERTY IN CONNECTION WITH CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES OR DUE TO THE EXISTENCE, OCCURRENCE, OR THE TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT INTERRUPTION, DISCONTINUANCE OR MODIFICATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
Construction Activity. Developer shall notify the ANC and nearby neighborhood residents in writing of potentially noisy, disruptive, or hazardous events, such as blasting or pile driving at least 1 week prior to the start of such events.
Construction Activity. The City may, at any time and from time to time after written approval of the Authority, erect, maintain, alter, remodel, demolish, rebuild, replace and remove buildings and other improvements on the Leased Premises. Prior to commencing the construction of any improvements, the City shall deliver to the Authority a site plan depicting the improvements and the location thereof within the Leased Premises together with all drawings, plans and specifications applicable thereto (collectively, the “Plans and Specs”). The Authority shall provide written notice of any objections to the Plans and Specs within thirty (30) days of receipt from the City, failing which the same shall be deemed to have been approved by the Authority. The foregoing notwithstanding, the Authority’s right to object to the Plans and Specs shall be limited to any matters that are in violation of applicable laws including, without limitation, FAA laws (or other regulations applicable to the airport), zoning laws, SFWMD regulations or any other laws or ordinances applicable to the Leased Premises. All construction of improvements must conform with the approved Plans and Specs and shall be constructed or installed in accordance with all applicable statutes, ordinances, building codes, and rules and regulations of the Authority, and any other authority that may have jurisdiction over the Leased Premises. City is solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, and for paying any and all fees required, for the construction. The Authority’s approval of City's plans and specifications does not constitute a representation or warranty as to its conformity with City of Naples building standards, codes or zoning. Prior to commencing construction the City shall comply with the following provisions:
Construction Activity. (a) Developer shall provide CCRA with a proposed construction schedule prior to the commencement of construction work for the Project. Once construction begins, to the extent any material schedule changes are made, Developer shall provide CCRA with an updated construction schedule. All schedules shall be subject to the approval of the City of Philadelphia and subject to compliance with the requirements of the City of Philadelphia. (b) All construction activities shall be performed in accordance with applicable provisions of Philadelphia Code Chapter 10-400. Temporary sidewalk and streets closures may be made in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Philadelphia Streets Department and other applicable laws. If sidewalk closures occur, protected temporary pedestrian walkways (i.e., buffered from traffic and covered) will be provided, subject to Streets Department approval. (c) Construction activity may be performed Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 a.m. until no later than 5:00 p.m., and from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays. If Developer and/or its contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and/or agents find it necessary to work outside of the hours set forth above, Developer shall use reasonable efforts to give CCRA reasonable advance notice that such work at such times is necessary, and the reasons therefor. Developer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause its contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and agents to restrict vehicles, cranes, or other equipment from idling before or after the hours when construction is allowed. (d) Developer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause its contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and agents to conduct construction activities and construction- related deliveries at the Property in such manner as to limit, to the extent reasonably possible, the raising and spreading of debris and dust which may migrate from the Property to the neighboring properties, and/or the creation (without prompt removal thereof) of waste and dirt piles, except in connection with the site excavation and foundation construction activities; provided, that such activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and codes To the extent reasonably possible, Developer shall require its contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and agents to stage all materials and equipment within the Property.
