Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Agent may from time to time request instructions or directions in writing signed on behalf of the Strata Corporation by at least two members of the Strata Council, or a formal resolution of the Strata Council after a properly convened meeting of the Strata Council.
If at any time, the Agent determines it is in a conflict of interest with the Strata Corporation, the Agent shall give written notice of such conflict to Strata Council as soon as reasonably possible.

The Strata Council further agrees that if such conduct (in the sole determination of the Agent) does occur, the Agent is entitled to discontinue the Agent’s involvement in a Meeting or as a participant in continued communications, as the case may be.
I/We agree to waive any liability of The Owners, Strata Plan LMS 1866: Residential Section, its agents and employees and the Strata Council, for any injury or financial loss resulting from the installation or operation/use of the alteration and for any liability and responsibility for the repair and maintenance of the alteration.
