Strata Lots definition

Strata Lots means the fee simple strata lots within the Development, as identified in section 2 of the General Instrument – Part 1 to which these Terms of Instrument are attached, over which this Agreement is registered as a covenant pursuant to section 219(2)(d) of the Land Title Act.

Strata Lots means the strata lots created pursuant to a Strata Plan and “Strata Lot” means any one of them;

Strata Lots means one or more of the strata lots within the Enclaves, and “Strata Lot” means any one of them;

• The list prices relating to the Strata Lots in issue were as follows: (a) Strata Lot 12 ($534,900.00); (b) Strata Lot 85 ($379,900.00); (c) Strata Lot 92 ($384,900.00); and (d) Strata Lot 95 ($498,900.00).

• These General Rules apply only to Strata Lots 1 to 152 inclusive.

• All those lands legally described as Strata Lots 1 to 33, District Lots 1258, 1653 and 3201, Strata Plan VR793 and shown marked as CD-1 included within Area 1, Area 2 and Area 3 on the plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule B are hereby rezoned Gambier Island Sea Ranch Comprehensive Development (CD1) Zone.

• The Seller may rescind the Contract of Purchase and Sale and Addendum(s), if any, up to and including the day of , if the Seller has not sold, in the Seller’s sole discretion, sufficient Strata Lots.

• Strata Lots – in no event shall a building in the Land exceed 7.6 metres in height.

More Definitions of Strata Lots

Strata Lots means the 162 strata lots in the Development created through the filing of strata plans;

Strata Lots means Strata Lots 8 to 24 inclusive of Strata Plan LMS4103;

Strata Lots means Strata Lots 1 to 14 District Lots 5586 and 6626 Kootenay District Plan EPS5670; and “Year” or “year” means a calendar year, commencing January 1 and terminating December 31.
