Strategic Deposits List means a list of 15 deposits designated by the Parliament of Mongolia to be Mineral Deposits of Strategic Importance.

Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. Seller’s Bank Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).
Authorized Bank Account means any Officially Designated bank account to which redemption proceeds may be sent.
Bank Account means one or more accounts opened, maintained and operated by the Portfolio Manager with any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks in accordance with the agreement entered into with the Client.
Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.
Account Information means any information relating to the Account including without limitation to the Account number, Account balance or value, gross receipts, withdrawals and payments to or from the Account.

Area agency on aging means the same as that term is defined in Section 62A-3-101.
