Street improvement definition

Street improvement means the construction or repair of a street by grading, paving, curbing, guttering, and surfacing with oil, oil and gravel, or chloride, and street lighting fixtures, connections and facilities.
Street improvement as used herein shall mean complete sectional reconstruction of existing streets, the laying out and construction of new streets within subdivision developments and/or the laying out and construction of new streets within the City's limits.
Street improvement means, but is not limited to, asphaltic concrete surfacing, aggregate base, curb and gutters, sidewalks or valley gutters, storm drainage facilities and irrigation tiling.
