Stub Period has the meaning set forth in Section 11.03.
Period End Date The 15th day of each calendar month, with Adjustment. Fixed Rate: [ ]%. Fixed Rate Day Count Fraction: 30/360. Floating Amounts: Floating Rate Payer: [ ]. Floating Rate Payer Payment Dates: The 15th day of each calendar month commencing on [ ], subject to adjustment in accordance with the Following Business Day Convention.
Planning Period Quarter means any of the following three month periods in the Planning Period: June, July and August; September, October and November; December, January and February; or March, April and May.
Period 2 Two hundred eleven (211) days to one year after the Effective Date.
Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.
Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.
Earnout Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).

Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.
Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.
Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.
Half Year means the period from 1st January to 30th June in any year and the period from 1st July to 31st December in any year;
Rolling Period means, as of any date, the four Fiscal Quarters ending on or immediately preceding such date.
Agreement Year means a period of 12 months beginning on the Effective Date and each subsequent anniversary thereof.
Operational Period means the Certificate’s actual term of validity, beginning with the start of the Validity Period and ending on the earlier of: (i) the end of the Validity Period disclosed in the Certificate; or (ii) the revocation of the Certificate.
Interest Period End Date means the date or dates specified as such in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Final Terms and, if an Applicable Business Day Convention is specified in the Final Terms, as the same may be adjusted in accordance with the Applicable Business Day Convention or, if the Applicable Business Day Convention is the FRN Convention and an interval of a number of calendar months is specified in the Final Terms as the Interest Accrual Period, such dates as may occur in accordance with the FRN Convention at such specified period of calendar months following the Interest Commencement Date (in the case of the first Interest Period End Date) or the previous Interest Period End Date (in any other case) or, if none of the foregoing is specified in the Final Terms, means the date or each of the dates which correspond with the Interest Payment Date(s) in respect of the Instruments.
Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.
Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.
Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
Interim Period has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.
First Year means the intake group of Students for the most junior class or year in a school.
Earn-Out Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.
M2 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 81.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.
FY or “Fiscal Year” means the fiscal year of the Borrower commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 of the following year;
Billing cycle or billing period means the period for which regular electricity bills as specified by the Commission, are prepared for different categories of consumers by the licensee;
