Student Loan Fund definition

Student Loan Fund means the Fund by that name created in Section 5.01(a) hereof and further described in Section 5.02 hereof, including any additional Accounts and Subaccounts created therein.
Student Loan Fund means the Fund by that name created pursuant to the Indenture and further described under the caption “FUNDS—Student Loan Fund” in this Appendix A, including any Accounts and Subaccounts created therein.
Student Loan Fund means the Student Loan Fund established pursuant to Section 5.3 hereof.

  • student loan means a loan towards a student’s maintenance pursuant to any regulations made under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998, section 73 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 or Article 3 of the Education (Student Support) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 and includes, in Scotland, a young student’s bursary paid under regulation 4(1)(c) of the Students’ Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 2007.

  • Loan Fund means the special fund created by the RECIPIENT for the repayment of the principal of and interest on the loan. “Loan Security” means the mechanism by which the RECIPIENT pledges to repay the loan.

  • Student Loans means education loans to students and parents of students under the Federal Family Education Loan Program.

  • Trust Student Loan means any student loan that is listed on the Schedule of Trust Student Loans on the Closing Date, plus any Additional Loan, plus any Substituted Loan that is permissibly substituted for a Trust Student Loan by the Depositor pursuant to Section 6(B) of the Sale Agreement or pursuant to Section 6(B) of an Additional Sale Agreement, or by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.5 of the Servicing Agreement, but shall not include any Purchased Loan following receipt by or on behalf of the Trust of the Purchase Amount with respect thereto or any Liquidated Student Loan following receipt by or on behalf of the Trust of Liquidation Proceeds with respect thereto or following such Liquidated Student Loan having otherwise been written off by the Servicer.

  • Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.

  • Purchased Student Loan means a Trust Student Loan which is, as of the close of business on the last, day of a Collection Period, purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.05 of the Servicing Agreement or repurchased by the Depositor pursuant to Section 6.01 of the Sale Agreement or purchased by the Sellers pursuant to Section 6.01 of the Purchase Agreements.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust into which any Non-Lead Securitization Note is deposited.

  • Principal Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(i).

  • National City Servicing Agreement Solely with respect to the National City Mortgage Loans, the Master Seller’s Warranties and Servicing Agreement, dated as of October 1, 2001, between the Transferor and National City, as the same may be amended from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the National City Mortgage Loans.

  • Eligible Loan Asset means, at any time, a Loan Asset in respect of which each of the representations and warranties contained in Section 4.02 and Schedule III hereto is true and correct.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Note A-1 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-1 PSA.

Buydown Funds may be (i) funded at the par values of future payment subsidies, or (ii) funded in an amount less than the par values of future payment subsidies, and determined by discounting such par values in accordance with interest accruing on such amounts, in which event they will be deposited in an account bearing interest. Buydown Funds may be held in a separate Buydown Fund Account or may be held in a Custodial Account for P&I or a Custodial Account for Reserves and monitored by a Servicer.

  • Home Equity Loan means a loan or funded or unfunded portions of a line of credit secured by a mortgage on a one-to four-family residences or stock of cooperative housing association, where the Failed Bank did not have a first lien on the same property as collateral.
