Subcommittee Deadlock definition

Subcommittee Deadlock has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9.1.
Subcommittee Deadlock has the meaning set forth in Section 10.8.1 (Committee Decision Making).

Examples of Subcommittee Deadlock in a sentence

  • In the event that the JSC does not reach a decision with respect to a Subcommittee Deadlock, or if the JSC cannot or does not reach consensus with respect to any other matter within its authority, in each case, after endeavoring for [***] to do so, then such matter (a “Committee Deadlock”) shall be decided by the Parties in accordance with Section 3.9.2 below.

  • In the event that the JRC does not reach a decision with respect to a Subcommittee Deadlock, or if the JRC cannot or does not reach consensus with respect to any other matter within its authority, in each case, after endeavoring for [***] to do so, then such matter (a “Committee Deadlock”) shall be decided by the Parties in accordance with Section 3.4.2 below.

  • If the JSC does not reach a decision with respect to a Subcommittee Deadlock, or if the JSC cannot or does not reach consensus with respect to any other matter within its authority, in each case, after endeavoring for [**] to agree, then such matter (a “Committee Deadlock”) shall be decided in accordance with Section 10.8.2 (Resolution of Committee Deadlocks).

  • Listing Committee means the listing sub-committee of the board of directors of the Stock Exchange;

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Independent Committee means a committee of the board of directors of the General Partner made up of directors that are “independent” of Brookfield and its Affiliates, as contemplated by applicable securities Laws;
