Subcontractor Key Personnel definition

Subcontractor Key Personnel means the Subcontractor’s personnel identified in the Subcontract Particulars, as such personnel may be changed in accordance with this Subcontract. "Subcontractor Works Schedule" means the Subcontractor works schedule to be provided by the Subcontractor pursuant to the Delivery, Schedule and Acceptance Section (as may be updated in accordance with that Section).

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
