Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw means the subdivision and development servicing bylaw enacted by the Council of the Village under section 506 of the Local Government Act, as in effect on the date of this Agreement, being the Village of Lumby Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw No. 796, 2017.
