Subdivision sign definition

Subdivision sign means a sign permitted through a subdivision agreement under section 51 of the Planning Act, 1990, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13, as amended or any predecessor or successor thereof;

Subdivision sign means an accessory or non-accessory sign advertising or marketing the development of a Plan of Subdivision and may include the name of the project, the name and address of the contractors, architects, engineers, builders, information and personnel related to the project.
