Subject Persons has the meaning given to such term in Section 7.5.

Examples of Subject Persons in a sentence

  • All Subject Persons are prohibited from directly or indirectly (a) taking personally for themselves opportunities that are discovered through the use of Company property, information or positions; (b) using Company property, information or positions for personal gain; and (c) competing with the Company.
