Sublicense Income Payments definition

Sublicense Income Payments means, with respect to a Development Project and a calendar quarter, the Sublicense Income received by the relevant Opt-In Party or its Affiliates in such calendar quarter with respect to such Development Project, multiplied by the relevant percentage determined pursuant to Section 5.4(d) or 5.5(d), as applicable.
